The public finance system, run by the State of Minnesota, allows individuals to donate $75 per person or $150 per couple to a political party of their choice and receive a full refund from the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

You will receive your official PCR receipt (Form EP-3) and application by mail from the DFL CD2 Treasurer. Send your receipt and completed application to:

Note: You can only request one refund for each calendar year you made contributions. Your request can include contributions you make to more than one candidate or party.
